What is included

Note:The house is strictly NO SMOKING.

The rates in the table below are for EIGHT (8) people.

There is a 15% discount on the rates for last minute bookings made within 7 days of the arrival date.

The rates in the table below are accommodation fees and do NOT include bed linen or towels – there is an additional linen fee of $20 per person for the stay.

Please Note: BEACH TOWELS are not provided.  Please bring your own.

Bathroom supplies – bathmat, hand towels, shower gel, shampoo

Kitchen supplies – tea towels, washing and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, salt & pepper, BBQ and Tomato sauce, cooking oil, olive oil

SECURITY BOND payable: $600 per stay for groups of 6 people or less; $1000 for groups of 7 to 9 people, $1600 for family groups of 10 or more people.

For large same gender groups or younger aged mixed gender groups the bond is generally $200 per person.

The house has four (4) bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people in 11 separate beds. To calculate the rate when you have more than eight (8) people in your group – please use the base rate and then add the extra person rate (refer to the columns in the table below for costs for ‘Extra Adult’ and ‘Extra Child’) for each person in excess of 8.

Pricing is subject to change.

Minimum stays: generally a 2 night minimum stay; 3 nights on long weekends; 4-7 nights over the Christmas and January school holidays

Extras

Cleaning fee information

The usual cleaning fee for your stay is $100.  Please note – the $100 fee applies providing  you leave the house:

• in a generally clean and tidy condition and pretty much in a similar state to how it was when you arrived.
• the kitchen must be cleaned with no dirty plates, etc. The dishwasher stacked and started before you leave is okay.
• the oven and stove top must be clean.
• all rubbish and recycling must be taken outside and placed in the wheelie bins

NOTE:  HOWEVER, if the beach house is not left in a generally clean and tidy condition, then a minimum cleaning fee of $200 applies.
